What is Moj Mobi?

Moj Mobi is Telekom Slovenije's mobile application designed to let users manage their mobile services in a simple, straightforward way. The app covers the entire range of self service features, including usage and billing overviews, subscription management, and customer support. Everything is available in one place, so users never even have to make a call or visit a store.

Our team at MMV handled the full development of the application. This included making the initial architectural decisions, handling the implementation, running tests, and providing ongoing maintenance.

Why this award matters

Awards are never the ultimate goal, but they serve as a wonderful external sign that a project was truly well executed. It shows we hit the mark not just technically, but also from the perspective of user experience and our client's business goals.

Telekom Slovenije is a demanding client in the best possible way. Their high expectations around stability, security, and quality push us to raise our standards with every single project. Moj Mobi was no exception since it was built around real requirements for real users, and that dedication clearly shows in the final product.

This bronze award is great confirmation that we delivered exactly what was needed.

A technical look behind the scenes

We built the application using Flutter, a framework that allows us to maintain a single codebase for both iOS and Android. This was a deliberate architectural choice that significantly reduced development time and simplified long term maintenance while keeping quality exceptionally high on both platforms.

One of the more specific technical challenges we tackled during this project was integrating eSIM functionality, which we have covered in detail in a separate blog post. Implementing eSIM requires special permissions on both Android via EuiccManager with carrier privileges and iOS through Apple's eSIM entitlement. This makes it one of the more complex integrations you can face in mobile development.
